Bryn Blankinship, CMHt, CI (pronounced Bren), aka The Regression Specialist™:  A look back and move forward.

Bryn Blankinship is a popular radio show guest who speaks about past life regression, life between lives spiritual regression, and Soul Expression Spiritual Regression™ (SESR), Bryn's transformative method for accessing the soul level for a current life assessment for finding and following your soul's guidance.

An award-winning Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Int’l Instructor and Author,  Bryn specializes in clinical hypnosis and transpersonal hypnoregression--(current life, womb, past life and Afterlife Regression™) for personal growth and transformation.  She is the creator of  Soul Expression Spiritual Regression™ (  SESR) which she writes about in her book "The Limitless Soul: HypnoRegression Case Studies into Past, Present & Future Lives."  (Listen to her many interviews on the subject through links on the media page of this website.)

Bryn was just awarded the IACT's Educator of the Year (2024) and has has dedicated the past 20+ years to helping others embark on this rewarding career path to  becoming a certified hypnotherapist and regressionist.  The HypnoRegression Institute™ (HRI) (formerly Hypnotic Solutions Hypnosis Center™), founded by Bryn, has trained and certified hundreds of students from all over the world.

She helps clients and students to recognize that we hold the answers to our own healing within to assist them in changing behaviors and achieving success in all areas of their lives.  Each session is uniquely tailored to the specific goals of the client as she leads them on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Discovering the power of hypnosis and meditation while an actress working in commercials and film at the professional level, Bryn used hypnosis as a way of removing boundaries, opening new doors in her career and for self-healing. She found it to be a wonderful tool for calming the mind, relaxing the body and freeing “the instrument” allowing the “character” to emerge.

Changing careers to become a hypnotherapist out of a strong desire to help others thru their own transitions and healing, Bryn found it to be rewarding.  She went on to become a hypnosis,  past life regression and Newton Method Life Between Lives™ instructor helping students to hone their hypnosis skills. Bryn has taught internationally and her certification courses at the HypnoRegression Institute™ draw an international student base to them.

In addition to her own book, Bryn is a contributing author to these  international best sellers:  Michael Newton's "Memories of the Afterlife," "Wisdom of Souls" and Brian Weiss' "Miracles Happen."  Her past life session is featured in Rich Martini's documentary and book "Flipside:  A Tourist's Guide to the Afterlife."  She is also featured in the film "The End?" directed by Mike Anthony, "Dying to Know" directed by Erin Harrington and " The Afterlife Experiment " directed by Steve Boston.

As an IACT-approved hypnosis instructor since 2009, Bryn's coursework is approved by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).  She developed and teaches  HypnoSkillsets© Basics and Mastery, HypnoRegression™ and the HypnoBridge Process™

Bryn is the 2014 recipient of the Peggy Newton Award for Outstanding Service. She trained with Michael Newton,  known for his ground-breaking books “Destiny of Souls” and "Journey of Souls," in 2003 and helped Michael Newton start The Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy (MNI) in 2005.  Bryn sat on the original Board of The Newton Institute and served as VP/Director of Membership (2005-2012).  She became a MNI In'tl Lead Instructor in 2005 and  Alliance Program Trainer (2009-2024) . She worked closely with Dr. Newton and other boardmembers to create and implement core procedures and protocols for MNI. During this time, she also served on the Education Committee developing training materials for MNI’s LBL training program. 

Additional past life regression training includes courses with Dr. Brian Weiss, author of “Many Lives, Many Masters”, Roger Woolger, author of “Other Lives, Other Selves” and “Eternal Return” and Henry Bolduc author of “Journey Within”.

Bryn is also the Executive Director of the Braithe Center, a special and unique property where others can connect with the deeper part of themselves simply by stepping onto the grounds itself. It is a sacred space place for exploring, creating and breathing new life into souls.
